How can I buy?

First, you must be registered in our distributor section. Either by filling out our form or by calling our commercial department at +34 93 336 97 97.

Access the distributor section of our website and you will see the products with your assigned rate. You can add them to the shopping cart to place orders directly from the website. 

You can also place orders by phone. Call the number mentioned above and a purchasing advisor will take care of  your order and payment.

How can I register?
If you want to distribute our products in your store, please contact our commerical department by filling out the form in the following link. A sales consultant will contact you to register. 

It is also possible to register by phone. You must call the number  +34 93 336 97 97 and a sales consultant will assist you and will complete your registration. 

After you have been registered in our system, you will receive your username in your email, as well as the instructions to access our website. In the distributor section you will see the products with your assigned rate, and you can add them to the shopping cart to place orders directly from the website.

How can I buy as an individual or as a company?
Browse the catalog on our website. You can use the search engine to find accessories for specific mobile handsets. When you find the desired product, within its technical file, click on buy and it will automatically be sent to the online store for our partner in Spain, TecnologíaMóvil.net, where you will complete the purchase.

At what price can I buy?
Atlantis has special rates for distribution. A sales consultant will offer you the best plan according to your profile and requirements.

How can I pay?
You can pay by transfer, cash on delivery, or direct debit. And with a credit card if you place the order through the website. 
You can also call and a sales consultant will take care of your order and payment.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times are as follows:
  • 24 hours on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
  • 3-4 days on the Canary Islands (except batteries which are sent by sea)
  • 3-4 days in Ceuta and Melilla

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. But you should keep in mind that there are minimum orders for shipping to be free. If not, you will be charged the corresponding costs.

What happens if I receive a defective product?
You must submit a request for authorization to Technical Services, which  will  provide you with an RMA number and  transport details so that they can contact you to arrange for the collection of the material.

How do I know what price is assigned to my product?

If you are navigating the website without having previously accessed the distributor section, you will see the RRP (recommended retail price) of each product.

Once you have logged into the distributor section, you will see the price assigned. For any questions, you can contact your assigned sales consultant.
