It tracks how much you move and the key metrics from each activity, while its fast, secure payment function lets you use your linked cards directly from your wrist. Everything is managed through the KSIX Ring app, free to use and with no subscription.

Motion Pay follows your activity throughout the day thanks to its always-on sensors. It tracks steps, distance, calories burned and other key data to help you understand how much you move, how your activity changes over time and where you can improve. All your data is stored in the KSIX Ring app, where charts and real figures help you follow the progress of your physical activity more clearly.
Sleep is part of the progress too
While you sleep, your body restores energy, repairs tissue and prepares to perform again. That is why Motion Pay analyses your rest using data that goes far beyond the number of hours you sleep. It records your total sleep time and generates a score that interprets your metrics to help you understand the quality and efficiency of your rest. It also breaks down the different sleep stages, tracks changes in your heart rate while you sleep and organises everything in a calendar, helping you identify patterns and see how your recovery develops over time.
Every heartbeat says something about your performance
Your heart rate changes with every effort, and Motion Pay helps you understand what that means. Throughout the day and during training, it tracks your heart rate and distributes your time across five intensity zones: warm-up, fat burning, aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance and maximum effort. This helps you understand how your body responds, recognise when you are building endurance or pushing your performance to the limit, and adapt each session to your goals.
